There are risks and costs to action. But they are far less than the long-range risks of comfortable inaction
"Stop worrying, you'll do just fine!"
Does these statements sound familiar to you?
Everybody(including the optimistic people) has went through difficult and stressful times in their lives. Most of us have a struggle to stay positive. I know when I am in a difficult situation or when I am stressed out about something, I tend to have a negative attitude. It is often very difficult for most people to stay positive during stressful times. Period.
I have a negative attitude towards math right now--- I am working on this. :P When I don't understand the concept, I get frustrated and mad at myself.
So, how do you stay positive? It's doesn't take 10 steps to become more positive, but it's also not a complex math problem.
I believe the best way to stay positive is to think of the good things that happened in your life and/ or the good things that God has done in your life for every negative attitude or thought.
You can do it right now.
For example, my positive thought is, "I am grateful to be alive another day" to counter my negative thought,"I don't want to write this blog post". Another example is, "School will help me with the career I want" instead of thinking, "I hate math and school is hard."
This is my challenge to you and myself: to stay positive in every situation for a month.
I am going to do it.
I struggle with staying positive and optimistic...
I challenge you to do this challenge.
We'll do it together. If you and I mess up, we get back right up.
This isn't exactly in the format for "how to...?" posts or videos, but I hope this helps!
